Sorry for the harsh language, but it fits my mood.

A little catching up to do first, to set the scene for my latest “big news.” I mentioned last week that I was not feeling very well, kinda run down. I was sitting here thinking about all I need to do in regards to the house/job situation. And frankly, I just wish I felt more joy about the whole thing. I’ve been given an opportunity for a great job. I’m in the process of getting a great house. But I’m just so melancholy, it’s hard to get “up” about any of it. Read the rest of this entry »

Whew! I’m glad the waiting is over. Now, the “busy work” starts… appraisals, inspections, closing, packing, moving, unpacking. All of that on top of starting a new job! Yikes!

Anyway, I’m excited about it, and I’m sure that when I don’t feel so overwhelmed, I’ll be even more excited. Right now, however, I have work to do, so I’d better get to it.

I’ve sent a contract to my realtor for her to send to the sellers. We’ll see what happens!

A couple of you gave me good advice on the job situation, and I appreciate your input. Fortunately, things worked out very well. I got the job I wanted, and the one I never felt right about never made an offer anyway!
